Why is the future scary?
Sometime very soon, my boss is going to want to talk to me about my intentions.
I'm still not sure what my intentions are.
In order to assist my meditation, I will focus on this wood duck I saw at work.
Damn. Still don't know my intentions.

Hem.
Pretty duck.
And....hem.
Do what feels right in your gut, even if your head is screaming for conservative action or even no action is all. You only get one chance at this "life" thing, after all, and there's every reason to believe you could be find a way to happiness in doing something you actually enjoy everyday, whatever that is.
Or keep pinging away at the earth, if that allows you to buy plants and keep them in earth, water and sun.
I'm sure you'll choose well, whenever the moment arrives.
Perhaps the consumption of beer at a German restaurant for Octoberfest will help the decision?
Keep in mind, sometimes it's better to make the "wrong" decision now than waiting make the "right" decision later... or delaying the decision entirely. Which I've been guilty of in the past.
